. The memories of Mangeshkar’s mesmerising voice will always remain deeply etched in the hearts of the people of India, he said, adding, “I convey my heartfelt condolences to the family members and pray for her soul to rest in peace.”
“Anguished by the demise of the nightingale of India, Bharat Ratna @mangeshkarlata ji. May God bestow Sadgati to this great soul. My condolences to the Mangeshkar family. Om Shanti,” Sawant tweeted.
