died on the spot. His mortal remains are likely to reach the village on Wednesday.

Prakash joined the Army in 2007 and had recently celebrated Diwali with his family. Jadhav, who got married two years ago, is survived by parents, wife and a three-month-old girl. Prakash’s father Pundalik is a retired soldier. Prakash last spoke to his family members and friends late on Monday.
