Cancellation of several train services due to maintenance

Hubballi: South Central Railway has notified the cancellation of the following train services due to safety-related maintenance work in Guntur division. Train No. 17329 SSS Hubballi-Vijayawada Daily Express will remain cancelled from September 18 to 24. Train No. 17330 Vijayawada-SSS Hubballi Daily Express will remain cancelled from September 19 to 25.In view of the on-going engineering work in connection with the commissioning of phase-III of Talkal Yard in Hubballi-Hosapete section, some train services are cancelled, partially cancelled and rescheduled as detailed. Train No. 07381/07382 SSS Hubballi-Karatagi-SSS Hubballi Daily Passenger Special will be cancelled from September 18 to 23. Train No. 07337/07338 SSS Hubballi-Guntakal-SSS Hubballi Daily Passenger Special will be cancelled from September 18 to 23.Train No. 11139 Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) Mumbai-Hosapete Daily Superfast Express journey commencing from CSMT Mumbai on September 17, 20, 21 22, will be partially cancelled between Gadag-Hosapete and it will be short terminated at Gadag instead of Hosapete. Train No. 11140 Hosapete-CSMT Mumbai Daily Superfast Express journey commencing on September 18, 21, 22 and 23 will be partially cancelled between Hosapete-Gadag and it will be originated from Gadag instead of Hosapete at its scheduled time.Train No. 17226 SSS Hubballi-Vijayawada Daily Express journey commencing on September 23 will be rescheduled by 75 minutes from SSS Hubballi.

Many Express trains cancelled on Vizag-Vijayawada section from September 18

Several express and special trains have been cancelled or diverted on the Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada section due to safety works in the Vijayawada Division of the South-Central Railway. Around 10 trains have been cancelled and another six have been diverted. The cancellations include various passenger specials and express trains departing from Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, and Guntur. Additionally, some trains will be running on a diverted route via Nidadavolu, Bhimavaram Town, Gudivada, and Vijayawada.

Trains cancelled

South Central Railway has announced the cancellation of two daily express trains due to maintenance work. Meanwhile, RK Patil, CEO & co-founder of Vayavya Labs, has been chosen as Entrepreneur of the Year by KLS Institute of Management Education and Research. The East Central Railway has also cancelled 54 passenger trains from September 7 to 11. Additionally, South Western Railway has ranked first in Key Performance Indices and was recognized as the best performing railway zone during Swachchata Pakhwara 2022.

Several express trains cancelled, six diverted

Several express and special trains have been cancelled on the Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada section due to safety works in the Vijayawada Division of the South-Central Railway. Around 10 trains were cancelled and 6 others were diverted. The cancelled trains include Rajahmundry-Visakhapatnam Passenger Special, Guntur-Visakhapatnam Simhadri Express, and Visakhapatnam-Guntur Simhadri Express. The Uday Express, Guntur-Rayagada-Guntur Express, and Machilipatnam-Visakhapatnam-Machilipatnam Express were also cancelled. Some trains will be diverted via a different route during this period.
