Centre playing with students’ futures: Hebbalkar slamsNEET question paper leak
Belagavi: Strongly condemning the leak of the NEET examination question paper, Women and Child Development Minister Laxmi Hebbalkar on Tuesday accused the Central government of playing with the future of lakhs of students.
In a social media post reacting to the incident, Hebbalkar termed the question paper leak “extremely unfortunate and highly condemnable.” She said the future of lakhs of students who worked day and night tirelessly to appear for the prestigious examination has now been pushed into uncertainty.
“This itself is sufficient proof of the administrative failure of the Central government, which is unable to conduct even the country’s most important examinations transparently,” she stated.
Launching a sharp attack on the Centre, Hebbalkar further alleged that repeated examination irregularities and administrative inefficiency has placed the country’s talented students at risk, forcing many of them onto the streets.
