NEW DELHI: Adilabad, a Lok Sabha constituency in Telangana, has a history of diverse political affiliations and significant electoral competition. Traditionally, the seat has seen representation from multiple parties, reflecting the dynamic political landscape of the region.

According to the ECI, the Bharatiya Janata Party's candidate Godam Nagesh has won this parliamentary seat.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Soyam Bapu Rao emerged victorious with 377,374 votes. He defeated the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) candidate Godam Nagesh, who secured 318,814 votes, and the Indian National Congress (INC) candidate Rathod Ramesh, who garnered 314,238 votes.
