Hyderabad: Indian AI-ready cloud services provider BharathCloud has launched its first AI-ready sovereign cloud centre at CtrlS Datacenter’s Hyderabad DC1 facility, in a move aimed at strengthening India’s digital infrastructure as demand rises for secure, scalable and localised cloud services.
The Hyderabad launch is part of BharathCloud’s planned $100 million (approx ₹950 crore) investment over the next five years. The company’s expansion roadmap includes Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata and Pune, along with Tier-II and Tier-III cities.
The facility was inaugurated by CtrlS Datacenter’s founder and CEO Sridhar Pinnapureddy.
The launch comes as AI adoption, data localisation requirements and digital transformation drive demand for resilient, high-performance infrastructure across sectors.
