TV9

former CEO V Ravi Prakash on Monday at 10.15am. Meanwhile, Cyberabad police said that Ravi Prakash did not provide the required information during the questioning in connection with two cheating cases registered against him.


Cyberabad police registered two criminal cases against Ravi Prakash for allegedly forging documents. The cases were registered based on complaints lodged by P Kaushik Rao of Alanda Media & Entertainments Private Limited. Subsequently, Banjara Hills police also registered a

forgery case

against Ravi Prakash and two others based on the complaint lodged by Kaushik Rao.

In relation to the two cases booked at Cyber Crime police station of Cyberabad, Ravi Prakash was questioned for three consecutive days from June 4. Cyber Crime ACP Ch Y Srinivas Kumar said that Ravi Prakash did not bring any documents to support his claims of innocence. “He did not provide any information related to the investigation. He kept saying that he did not commit any offence, but did not provide any document to support his claims. Ravi Prakash also claimed that he did not sign on forged documents,” the ACP said.

Cyber crime police conducted searches at various places and seized evidence. “We have examined several witnesses. On Monday, we will present details of investigation before the court,” the ACP added.
