Jayaprakash Jagga Reddy
on Sunday walked out of the
CLP meeting
after party seniors told him that the meeting was being held to discuss the strategy to be adopted in the
budget session of the Assembly starting Monday and that Jagga Reddy should not speak on any other issues.
“I wanted to speak on several issues and decisions of some of the party leaders causing damage to the image of the party. But CLP leader

obstructed me. This is a bitter experience for me,” Jagga Reddy told reporters after coming out of the CLP meeting at a star hotel in Hyderabad.
Jagga reddy had announced that he will quit Congress and float a new political party. However, party seniors convinced him to stay put in the party until they fix his appointment with Sonia Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi. He had openly expressed his ire against TPCC chief A Revanth Reddy for not consulting seniors on crucial issues.
Though senior leaders tried to stop Jagga Reddy from leaving the CLP meeting, he visibly upset Jagga walked out and left pillion riding on a two-wheeler driven by his party worker.
