, Syed Ghulam Mahmood Hussain added that self-imposed lockdown may not be a problem for a common man but total lockdown with strict restrictions will affect lower and middle class families. “Instead of re-imposing lockdown, the government should have regular awareness drives,’’ Syed Ghulam Mahmood Hussain said.

“ It would be better to identify red zones and take action against violators who are seen carrying four to five passengers in autos. Even youths found sitting in groups playing all day long without masks should be warned. They are not just posing a threat to themselves but also others,” Shabbir, a vendor complained.
