Mhow Depalpur Aug 20 Five-member team to probe death of Banediya girls

Mhow: A day after death of two

girls

following severe vomiting in Banediya village,

Depalpur

block medical officer Dr Chandrakala Pancholi constituted a five-member

team

to probe the circumstances under which the minors died. The team was formed on the direction of Indore CMHO Dr HN Nayak and it will submit its report within a week.

Dr Pancholi said that team is comprised of medical officers, Dr Vinay Meshram, Wilfred Fillip, Suraj Dawane, Kamla Verma and Pramod Arya. “There was no sign of death due to

food poisoning

in the short postmortem report. When informed the higher officials about it they directed us to examine the victims’ house thoroughly to reach on a conclusion about the death,” she said.

The condition of girls’ father, Nitesh Sharma, is still critical and he is undergoing treatment in Indore, while the condition of his wife, Lata is stable.
