14,976 voters aged 100 years and above felicitated by Rajasthan election department

JAIPUR: On the occasion of International Day of Older Persons on Saturday, the state’s election department felicitated 14,976 voters aged 100 years and above in 33 districts of the state, said state’s chief electoral officer Praveen Gupta. “Older people, who were able to move or walk, were felicitated at panchayat bhawans and school buildings. Those who were not able to move, officials felicitated them at their respective residences. The members of the electoral school were also present during the event,” said Gupta.
