Five IAS officers seek Delhi deputation

IAS officers

of Rajasthan cadre have applied for deputation at the Centre of which three names have been approved by the state government. According to sources in the department of personnel, the officers who sought deputation at the Centre are V Srinivas, Neel Kamal Darbari, Shubhra Singh, Rajat Mishra and T Ravikanth.

While the requests of three of the officers have been granted, two are pending. The officials who were given central deputation are V Srinivas who is currently posted in

Ajmer

as the revenue board chairman. The other two are Neel Kamal Darbari who is presently serving as additional chief secretary in the agriculture department and the third one is Shubhra Singh. Shubhra Singh is currently posted in Delhi as the principal chief resident commissioner.

The other applicants whose applications are pending are T Ravikanth and Rajat Mishra. T Ravikanth is currently posted as divisional commissioner, Jaipur while Rajat Mishra is the principal secretary PHED.

V Srinivas was on central deputation from March 2010 to May 2017. After a short stint in Rajasthan as chairman Rajasthan Tax Board, Ajmer and chairman Rajasthan Revenue Board, Ajmer, he is again all set go to New Delhi.

ACS Neel Kamal Darbari has served most part of her career in New Delhi. Her last stint in New Delhi was from 2008 to 2016 before she joined her parent cadre in Jaipur on the post of principal secretary in the agriculture department. Shubhra Singh was on central deputation from 2011 to 2017 before she joined in New Delhi as principal resident commissioner.
