Another feather in its cap is the total digitization of the Revenue Board functioning. Srinivas said Rajasthan Revenue Board is the only one of its kind in the country where total digitization has been accomplished. The cases and decisions of the board are now available on the website. The information from registration of the case to its disposal is made available to the lawyers, members holding courts at least 21 days in a month, the coordination with the bar, are said to be the reasons for the speedy disposal of cases.

The chairman himself had attended courts for 220 days disposing of 574 cases. He said for the first time the board was not only able clear all cases filed in the last two years but was also able to clear some backlogs. He said in a time bound manner the remaining backlogs would also be cleared.

He said as against 8,562 cases filed in 2016 the disposal was 8,689 cases while last year the number of cases filed was 7,867 while 9,556 cases were disposed of.

The board had directed the district authorities to also dispose of cases filed online expeditiously so that no pendency at the lower level could be achieved.
