(SKJ) Awards in the senior and junior categories, respectively, on Saturday. The two Rajasthan players were rewarded for their performance in the domestic season 2021-22. Left-arm spinner

has taken 8 wickets in 10 matches whie Anaya has scored 151 runs in two matches that they got to play in the truncated season. Talking about the awardees, state chief selector senior women’s cricket team and former player Gangotri Chauhan, who was a part of the selection panel to decide the names of the winners, said, “Sonal has been doing good from sometime now and recently was selected by the BCCI to play the Challenger Trophy as well. Overall her performance was strong and that made her an obvious choice in the senior’s category. If we talk about the Under-19, all matches were played in Surat where because of bad weather only two games could be played. Anaya did well scoring 83 and 78 runs.
