said that the provision of income limit in scholarship will not end and the limit is fixed by the Centre.On this, Ramnarayan Meena asked a supplementary question regarding the income limit to scholarship of SC-STs, which the speaker did not approve saying that it is not related to the original question. Angry Meena said, “Asking questions is the privilege of members. It won’t work.” To this, Joshi retorted, “Asking irrelevant questions is not allowed, this is not a privilege.”Meena started speaking again. The tussle between the speaker and Ramnarayan Meena continued for some time speaker threatened that he will be evicted. The angry speaker reprimanded Ramnarayan Meena and told the parliamentary affairs minister that this would not be tolerated.
