JAISALMER/JAIPUR: Fifteen coaches of a goods train carrying limestone from Sonu railway station in Jaisalmer to Durgapura steel exchange yard in
West Bengal
got derailed between
Thaiyat Hamira
and Jetha Chandhan railway stations on Tuesday morning.
The limestone scattered all over the area while the tracks too suffered damages. The incident took place 45km from Jaisalmer.

mandal DRM Geetika Pandey have confirmed about the incident.

rail division has left for the spot to get more information while officers have also reached the accident site.

The railway has ordered an investigation into the incident. The rail traffic between Jaisalmer and Jodhpur got disrupted while eight trains stand cancelled.
