Shopkeepers are raving about the Rafale-themed pichkaris, saying kids love feeling like real fighter pilots when they wield these water guns. The Dassault Rafale inspiration is a major hit, making Holi play feel like a high-stakes mission, said one of the shopkeepers.Vande Bharat model pichkaris, designed to resemble the Vande Bharat Express, are also a hit. Available at Rs 1,200 and above, they are easy to carry and pack a punch. Tank-style ‘pichkaris' are also turning heads with their massive water capacity and long-range spray. And let's not forget the classic ‘Hanuman Cudgel' style pichkari, still a kids' favourite.Air launcher and rocket launcher 'pichkaris' are also a hit. And there's a new quirky favourite – the been/pungi syringes that play music and spray colour at the same time, ensuring double fun.A vendor said the market is full of plastic ‘pichkaris', ranging from Rs 10 to Rs 500, catering to customers of all age groups and budgets.Traders believe these innovative and high-tech products are taking the festival of colours to new heights, and they expect even more advanced designs in the coming years.
