Kaushik Sen donates ₹50k award money to kids’ hosp
Kolkata: Film and theatre personality Kaushik Sen has donated the entire prize money — that he got from Paschim Banga Natya Akademi recently — to the Institute of Child Health (ICH) Kolkata. The hospital will utilise the money for the treatment of children who need dialysis. Paschim Banga Natya Akademi conferred Girish Award on Sen this year for his contribution to theatre, along with a prize money of Rs 50,000. He handed over the money to ICH director Apurba Ghosh on Thursday. TNN
