on Sunday and not be a part of the official Indian delegation led by minister of external affairs Sushma Swaraj. They are also not attending a dinner hosted by the Indian ambassador in Italy on Saturday evening.

All this, say Trinamool insiders, may be part of Mamata's plans to maintain an identity distinct from BJP and the central government, even on foreign soil.
