The complainant also accused the senior officials of showing negligence in handling the complaint related to her mysterious death. As per the complainant, his elder daughter Pooja had a talk with Shristi a night before she took the extreme step.

Pooja found her sister uneasy and stressed, and had called up the matron and the warden requesting them to be with Shristi for that night before she reached the university the next day to take her back. But the warden did not heed to her request, and the very next day early morning Shristi committed suicide.
