Developing Ayodhya to a world-class city, as his ambitious and dream project, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, is also determined to restore the mythological appearance of Ayodhya.

Amid the making of the grand Ram Mandir at a galloping pace, the footprints of devotees and tourists in Ayodhya are increasing rapidly. Devotees coming from Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Rae Bareli, Gonda, Prayagraj and Varanasi side will be able to enter Ayodhya through the giant entrance gates named after Ramayana characters.

Those coming from the side of Lucknow will enter the temple town through ‘Shriram Dwar’. Those coming from Gorakhpur road will enter the city through ‘Hanuman Dwar’; ‘Bharat Dwar’ for those coming from Allahabad side; ‘Lakshman Dwar’ on the Gonda road; ‘Jatayu Dwar’ on the Varanasi road and a ‘'Garuda Dwar’ for those coming from the Rae Bareli side.

Talking to TOI, Ayodhya district magistrate Nitish Kumar said, “At every entrance gate, there will be world-class facilities for devotees, including big parking areas, toilets, restaurants and hotels.”
