for a song allegedly promoting gun culture.

Taking the song to be against the directions issued by
Punjab and Haryana High Court
issued on July 22, 2019 while disposing of a bunch of petitions, Arora had approached the police to register the case.
Singer Amrit Mann belongs to Goniana nearly 15 kilometres from Bathinda. Advocate HC Arora had sent complaint to

Secretary, Director General of Police and Senior Superintendent of Police Bathinda asking them to take steps for removal of song by Amrit Mann and other similar videos from You Tube and to take appropriate action against the singer in the light of directions by Punjab and Haryana high court against glorifying the liquor, wine, drugs and violence in any song. Arora has threatened to file contempt of court if compliance is not done in a month.
