, superintending engineer of bridges and road department for not providing the required information about road construction and patch work done in his zone despite repeated reminders.
Rahul Gagneja
has been given 15 days to submit the reply else action will be taken against him.

had filed a complaint against poor quality material being used in road construction and he was told that Rs 212 crore was spent on road construction and patch work from 2016 till 2020. When he brought the issue to the notice of the CVO, the four zone officials were asked to submit the records. The zone D, however, failed to provide the record. From the past five months, Gagneja was being told to submit the details. The
CVO
has now asked him to submit the record in 15 days.
However, Gagneja claimed that he has already submitted the reply with the officials concerned.
