Punjab: ‘Want every village to pitch tent on Delhi border’, says actress Sonia Mann

MEHAL KALAN: Speaking to farmers on the 24th death anniversary of a teenaged girl who was murdered after rape, actress Sonia Mann, a voice for the Delhi agitation, called for an ‘educate Punjab youth’ campaign "to save agriculture from getting corporatised" and promote "gender sensitivity". Sonia said: "The echo of the farmers’ struggle is being heard in many countries but getting fainter in Punjab.
