UPSC prelims held at 16 places in Madurai

Madurai: About 3900 aspirants appeared in the UPSC preliminary civil service examinations held in 16 locations across Madurai city on Sunday.

A total of 5,711 individuals applied for the exam. Of them, 3,896 aspirants were present for the morning session and a further 37 aspirants were absent in the afternoon session.





Suresh Kumar, the coordinator of selection processes and commissioner for the welfare of backward classes and minorities, inspected the center at Madurai Waqf Board College during the exam.
