MANGALURU: Three of a family died in an accident between a car and a private bus at Nellikaru inin Mangaluru at around 7.15 am on Saturday.
The deceased were identified as Shrikanth, 40, his wife Prathyusha, 37, and toddler Gamya, police said.
Police said that the couple were software engineers hailing from Anantapur in Andhra Pradesh and were working in Bengaluru. The family was living in Varthur.
The family was heading towards Udupi from Belthangady when the accident occurred. The bus was moving from Karkala to Belthangady.
