Western Railway has introduced a modern digital lounge and co-working facility at Mumbai Central station, aimed at enhancing passenger comfort and offering contemporary amenities as part of ongoing station upgradation initiatives.

Passengers can access self-service light refreshments, non-alcoholic beverages, and upgraded washroom facilities, enhancing overall convenience and providing an airport-style lounge experience at the station.

The digital lounge is operated by Ten11 Hospitality LLP under its INEJ Lounge brand, highlighting a public–private collaboration to improve station facilities and service quality.

The facility offers high-speed Wi-Fi, charging points, modular seating, workstations, sofas, and tables, enabling passengers to relax or stay productive while waiting at the station. (AI image)
