MUMBAI: The Western Railway will close the staircase on the northern side of the middle foot over-bridge (FOB) at platform number 2/3 and 4 at Kandivali railway station in Mumbai from September 22, an official said.
"This is being done in connection with the station improvement work of the station as the middle FOB is to be widened by four meters on the northern side. Passengers can use the staircase on the southern side of the FOB during the construction period. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted," the official added.
