Traffic Police announce road restrictions for Eid on Wednesday
MUMBAI: Traffic Police have announced vehicular restrictions on Wednesday for Eid e Milad processions.
Following routes will be closed on Wednesday noon onwards:
1) Dr BA Road (south bound), traffic coming from Lalbaug bridge- Dadoji Konddev Junction to Khada Parsi.
2) Byculla bridge (Annasaheb Patil flyover)
3) Seth Motisha Junction and Sant Savta Junction's right turn (from BA Road north bound to BA Road south bound)
4) Seth Motisha Love Lane from Parab Chowk to Seth Motisha Junction.
5) Dr Mascarenhas Road from Mustafa Bazaar Junction to Maharana Pratap Chowk.
6) NM Joshi Marg from S Bridge Junction to Ghodke Chowk (both bounds).
7) Byculla station road to Kalapani Junction (both bounds)
8) Belasis Road - Nagpada Junction to Mumbai Central Junction.
9) Maulana Azad Road- from Saat Rasta Junction to Nagpada Junction to Do Taaki Junction.
10) S Bridge is being made one-way. It will remain closed for traffic from Gangaram Talekar Chowk to Mandlik Bridge Junction till BA Road.
11) Mohammad Ali Road-- JJ Junction to Chakala Junction (both bounds).
12) Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Marg- Charnal Junction to Gol Deul Junction (both bounds).
13) Ibrahim Rahimtulla Marg, Undria Street, Chimana Butcher Street, Abdul Rehman Street- all will remain closed for traffic.
14) DN Road- Himalaya House to Lokmanya Tilak Marg.
15) MRA Marg- Chakala Junction to Himalaya House.
16) No entry at Teen Batti circle and diversion at CP tank.
17) Dr Dimtimkar Road- JJ Junction to Nagpada Junction will be closed.
18) Pais street- Keshavrao Khadye Marg to Tambit Naka police chowky will remain closed.
