MYSURU: Senior IPS officer Sunil Achaya's wife trampled to death by a tusker around 10 am in Konanakatte near Titimati in Kodagu district.
Shew was attacked by a tusker when she was inspecting coffee plantation with two labourers.
"She was rushed to a hospital in Gonikoppal. But she succumbed to injuries," said sources.
