SIOM conducts HR Summit 2023in Nashik

Nashik: The Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management (SIOM), Nashik, hosted the HR Summit 2023, where HR professionals from across the country came together and engaged with the student community to shed light on industry trends and the quintessential traits of effective leadership.Gaurav Mehta, an AI expert, delivered the keynote address at the summit that set the stage for the two-day event. On the first day the panel led by Chandrajit Pati, Poorna Pushkala, Rishav Dev, and Aasha Sharma discussed the intricate dynamics of cultivating a holistic, nurturing work environment and explained to the students the multiple facets involved.On the second day the intellectual journey continued as Bijender Vats masterfully debunked prevailing myths and unveiled realities in a session titled “Myth vs Reality” on effective leadership.This was followed by Rohit Sharma captivating the audience by exploring the profound “Mindset of a Lifelong Learner.” In the evening sessions Nelson Sathya demystified the intricate world of mastering AI during a captivating workshop.
