We have been seeking an appointment with the IRP and we are planning to organise a protest,” said Lalit Behl, a buyer at Lotus Boulevard. “We have been pressing for the last round of work left for the two towers. The wait is unnecessary because the buyers have paid up their dues in escrow accounts and it is now only a matter of execution,” Prabhakar Bhardwaj, the president of Lotus Boulevard flat buyers’ association, said.
The former IRP, Prabhjit Soni, had driven completion of some pending flats with buyers’ funds collected through escrow account. A change in resolution professional was introduced in November 2019.
