On Monday, the Allahabad high court acquitted Pandher in both of his cases and acquitted Koli in all 12 of his cases related to Nithari killings.

Following the court verdict, one question that keeps coming up among the victims' family is --'If neither is guilty, then who killed our children?'

While parents who had lost their young children expressed disbelief, Pandher’s son said the trial went on for too long and had left deep scars on his family.

Poor people hoping Justice in India? That is far fetched. The Justice system in India only avaiable to people with money. And what justice, these people get aquitted for what ever lame excuse the court can find to exonerate them. The other courts had found them guilty of the crime, Wonder how things work?
