ARA: The first cyber police station in Bhojpur district was inaugurated on the premises of SP office at Ara on Sunday.
Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar said ‘women help desks’ were also set up in 25 police stations of the district.“To start with, the cyber police station has a police inspector, a constable and 8 cyber technology experts. Many state-of-the-art equipment and machines have been made functional there. More tech-savvy police officers and personnel will be deputed in the near future,” the SP said.
Shyam Kishore Prasad, a police inspector, has been given the charge of the first SHO of Bhojpur cyber police station. Now people can hope to get their cyberfraud or online fraud cases resolved quickly by lodging cybercrime cases with the Bhojpur cyber police station.
