The victim, in the FIR and statement before the magistrate, had stated that Sulekha, Choti and Tussi along with Sulekha's mother Radha Devi were involved in the conspiracy to take her to Rajballabh's house. All of them are in jail since February 26.

The counsel for petitioners Choti and Tussi argued before the court that there was no direct allegation against his clients. However, the state informed the court that the victim and her family are repeatedly getting threats to take back the case. The matter will be heard after receiving of the reports.
