CM Nitish Kumar inaugurates park in Patna

PATNA: CM Nitish Kumar on Friday inaugurated a newly developed park located on the south-west corner of the Moinul Haq Stadium at Rajendra Nagar in the state capital. He also unveiled a life-size statue of freedom fighter and revolutionary Jubba Sahni in the park.

The CM also paid flower tributes before Sahni’s statue and planted saplings in the park. State’s social welfare minister Madan Sahni, building construction minister Ashok Kumar Choudhary, water resources minister Sanjay Kumar Jha, JD(U) MLCs Sanjay Singh and Bhishma Sahni and several senior officers of the state government and district administration were present on the occasion.
