Patna: The Patna Municipal Corporation organised a Swachhata Awareness Kavi Sammelan at Vivekananda Park in Maurya Complex on Tuesday to promote cleanliness in the city. Mayor Sita Sahu and deputy mayor Reshmi Kumari inaugurated the event. Poets, including Nilotpal Mrinal, Pankaj Prasun, Sameer Parimal, Tishya Shree and Chandan Dwivedi, presented compositions highlighting civic responsibility and waste management. Officials and citizens attended the programme, which aimed to spread awareness about sanitation through cultural performances. The event concluded with participants taking a pledge to maintain cleanliness and support efforts to improve Patna's urban environment.
