Auroville Foundation secretary Jayanti Ravi while welcoming the visiting dignitaries appealed to them to collaborate with Auroville in cultural and literary activities. She explained to them the five dreams of revolutionary freedom fighter turned philosopher Sri Aurobindo.

She focussed more about the second dream of the philosopher on the resurgence of Asia. She also gave an overview of Auroville, the vision of township and ongoing activities.

She said the foundation has proposed to hold the Auroville literature festival in August 2023 to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sri Aurobindo. Consul generals of Spain, Seychelles and Switzerland joined online. Sri Aurobindo's spiritual collaborator Mirra Alfassa, fondly revered as the Mother founded Auroville.

The dignitaries after attending an exhibition titled, 'A vision takes shape' at India Space in Bharat Nivas visited Matrimandir, a globe-like structure in the centre of the township, which houses the inner meditation chamber.

The dignitaries had a lively question and answer session with the members of the working groups regarding the international zone of the township and projects proposed in the zone. They gathered around the 'peace table' at the Unity Pavilion. The Unity Pavilion hosts one of the three peace tables currently in the world. The other two are in Moscow and in New York.
