PUDUCHERRY: Puducherry chief minister N Rangasamy on Friday greeted vice-president Jagdeep Dhankhar on his birthday on May 18. In a letter addressed to him, Rangasamy said he was happy to convey 'heartiest greeting and birthday wishes' on his behalf and the people of Puducherry.
