RAJKOT: Manhar Mori was on Thursday appointed new

Bhavnagar

Municipal Corporation, while Ashok Bariya became new deputy mayor.


Yuvrajsinh Gohil was appointed new standing committee chairman. The names were announced at a general board meeting of the civic body on Thursday.

Meanwhile, new mayor for Jamnagar will be declared on Friday at a general board meeting of Jamnagar Municipal Corporation (JMC). This year, the position is reserved for an OBC candidate. Pravin Madam and Meraman Bhatu are main contenders.
