Jharkhand High Court Maintains Stay on JSSC CGL Exam Results Amid Question Paper Leak Allegations

Ranchi: The Jharkhand high court today on Thursday refused to vacate the stay on publication of results of the 2023 Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level (JSSC CGL) examination conducted by the govt. The court of Chief Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan and Justice Rajesh Shankar were hearing a petition filed by one Prakash Kumar who had challenged the genuineness of the exams. Kumar said the question papers for the exams were leaked and has affected the fate of candidates. After hearing the petition, the HC had clamped a stay on the publication of results on December 17 last year. The court on Thursday while hearing the petition has sought for an up to date status report from the CID which is presently investigating the matter. Kumar had filed the petition before the HC seeking a CBI probe in the matter. The case will now be heard on Oct 15.
