273 cabinet decisions implemented in nine months: Minister

Shimla: Himachal Pradesh revenue, horticulture and tribal development minister Jagat Singh Negi on Wednesday said out of the total 288 decisions, taken during the 16 cabinet meetings held from Jan 13, 2023 to Sept 30, 2023, 273 had already been implemented successfully.
Negi was presiding over a cabinet sub-committee meeting to review the implementation status of decisions taken in the cabinet meetings.
The remaining 15 decisions, pertaining to the forest, general administration, health, industry, revenue, transport, agriculture and personnel departments, were thoroughly discussed in the meeting, said the minister.
He directed the officials to expedite the efforts to ensure swift implementation of these decisions.
Negi further said the decisions taken in the larger public interest by the state govt should be executed promptly so that the benefits reach the people at the earliest.
