who is holding the post of sub-divisional magistrate (SDM) at Kangra offered his chair for a day to the daughter of of peon in his office on Friday. The 14-year-old girl,
Heena Thakur
, has scored 94% marks in matriculation examination. Father of the girl had told the SDM that his daughter also dreams to become an IAS officer in life.
The SDM had offered his chair for one day to the girl and kept assisting her to understand the routine things of the office. She had a tryst with the meetings and people visiting for various kinds of works to the magistrate’s office.
“I have lived my dream today. It is an inspiration for me” said Heena when asked to express her feelings.

, SDM Kangra, told TOI that when he learnt that the daughter of his peon had scored high percentage in her exams and wants to become an IAS he decided for this move.
“During my study days I had always dreamed to score high marks and struggled hard for that, I was moved to hear that this girl is working so hard” he added.
People visiting the office of the SDM were shocked to see the girl sitting at the main chair and SDM was assisting her making her understand about the workings of this office.
