Kerala CM to inaugurate LDF govt’s fourth anniversary celebrations on Monday

T'puram: Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the state-level celebration marking the LDF govt's fourth anniversary and the state-level ‘Ente Keralam' exhibition and trade fair programmes at a function at Kalikkadavu grounds in Kasaragod on Monday.The anniversary celebrations will feature extensive programmes comprising district and regional meetings, exhibitions, and trade fairs across the state until May 30. The ‘Ente Keralam' exhibition and trade fairs will be held at the Kalikkadavu grounds in Kasaragod from April 21-27, SKMJ School in Kalpetta from April 22-28, Nagampadam grounds in Kottayam from April 25-May 1, Vazhathoppu VHS grounds in Cheruthoni from April 29-May 5, Kozhikode beach from May 3-12, the grounds opposite Indira Gandhi stadium in Palakkad from May 4-10, Alappuzha beach from May 6-12, Kottakkunnu in Malappuram from May 7-13, Police Grounds in Kannur from May 8-14, Ashramam grounds in Kollam from May 11-17, Sabarimala base camp grounds in Pathanamthitta from May 16-22, Marine Drive in Ernakulam from May 17-23, and Students' Corner at Swaraj Ground in Thrissur from May 18-24.The exhibition and trade fair will feature departmental stalls, sales stalls, a theme pavilion by I&PRD, food courts, cultural programmes, book fairs, agricultural exhibitions, and Haritha Keralam Mission and Kudumbashree installations. There will be special sections for the Startup Mission, tourism and sports departments, KIIFB, KSFD's mini theatre, a police dog show, caravan tourism, and an animal husbandry department exhibition, along with live demonstrations by various artistes.The district-level meetings that will be attended by the chief minister will be held on April 21 in Kasaragod, April 22 in Wayanad, April 24 in Pathanamthitta, April 28 in Idukki, April 29 in Kottayam, May 5 in Palakkad, May 6 in Alappuzha, May 7 in Ernakulam, May 9 in Kannur, May 12 in Malappuram, May 13 in Kozhikode, May 14 in Thrissur, May 22 in Kollam, and May 23 in Thiruvananthapuram.The meetings will host 500 invitees, including beneficiaries of govt services, trade union/labour representatives, youth, students, cultural and sports talents, professionals, industrialists, expatriates, influential community members, and social leaders, said a press release. Regional review meetings with the chief minister will be held in Palakkad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kannur, and Kottayam.
