Deputy superintendent of police (DSP), Trichy detachment of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC), G Manikandan said that Ashok Kumar had applied for an agricultural certificate for his uncle from the two officers. The certificate was supposed to be used to get endorsement on the registration certificate of a tractor and a tiller in the name of his uncle.
