AIC-BHU, BFSI-SSC sign MoU for BFSI Centre of Excellence

Varanasi: Atal Incubation Centre — Banaras Hindu University (AIC-BHU) and Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Sector Skill Council (BFSI-SSC) on Friday signed a Memorandum of Understanding to build a dedicated Centre of Excellence (CoE) for BFSI (CoE-BFSI) at the AIC-BHU premises.

The initiative aims to create a robust ecosystem for BFSI-focused startups, innovators, and entrepreneurs by providing access to mentorship, curated learning resources, prototyping support, and industry networks.

The key features of the CoE include structured mentorship from BFSI industry experts, sector-specific courses and workshops, and networking opportunities for pilot projects and institutional partnerships.

The MoU was signed on behalf of AIC-BHU by Prof. P.V. Rajeev, professor in-charge, AIC-BHU, and Nand Lal, chief administrative officer (CAO), AIC-BHU. Representing BFSI-SSC were Soumya Ranjan, chief operating pfficer, BFSI-SSC, and Sachin Shukla, head – Product & Special Projects, BFSI-SSC.
