BJP training workshop ends with focus on organisational strategy
Varanasi: BJP's state-level training workshop for the north-east zone of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Bihar under Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Mahaabhiyan-2026 concluded on Thursday with ideological commitment and organisational strategy at the Central Tibetan Higher Education Institute located in Sarnath.Senior office-bearers, public representatives and prominent leaders of the organisation from all three states participated in the meeting and deliberated on strengthening the organisation from booth to national level.
Addressing the inaugural session, national co-organisation general secretary Shiv Prakash said that BJP's core objective is nation-building through organisation building and organisation building through individual development. This training campaign, organised for this purpose, is a mahayagya of nation building. He said that training is a continuous process through which workers undergo intellectual and ideological development. He said BJP is today the world's largest organisation and, with this, responsibilities and challenges also increased. To meet people's expectations, it is necessary for workers to be trained. He said that this mahaabhiyan is a mahayagya to strengthen the resolve of nation building, and training classes should be conducted with simplicity and social cooperation. He emphasised imbibing social harmony, self-reliance, swadeshi thinking, discipline and national sentiment.National general secretary Tarun Chugh said divisional level workshops will be organised from March 7 to April 14 and district level workshops from April 15 to May 20, after which state-level training will be held. In the third and fourth sessions of the programme, group discussions were held on a total of 14 topics through seven teams. These included BJP's history and development, election management, ideological foundation, role of coordination, work methodology, ideological family, organisational expansion, worker development, booth management, office operations, govt achievements, Modi govt schemes, social media and Namo app, AI-based Saral app and challenges before the nation.
