IIM Visakhapatnam launches executive certificate programme in advanced product and brand management

VISAKHPATNAM: The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam inaugurated the executive certificate program in advanced product and brand management on Monday. The five-month long programme will be conducted online via UpTop Careers’s learning platform. The cohort comprises 45 students from various industries with an average experience of 8.5 years.

The program is designed to enhance participant’s skills and knowledge in product management especially in the digital product space for driving the success of products and services. Over the course of the programme, participants will engage in a range of learning activities, including case studies, group discussions, interactive workshops, and experiential exercises. They will learn from experienced faculty members and have the opportunity to network and collaborate with a diverse group of peers from a variety of industries and backgrounds. The programme will provide the skills and insights necessary to succeed in today's complex business landscape.

The inauguration was graced by chief guest, Bansh Raj Yadav, business head demand at Vegrow. His insightful words to the executive participants focussed on development of great products. Yadav gave the participants an in-depth insight into the product management experiences during his past experiences.

Participants engaged with Yadav to dispel their queries on product and brand management. The program directors, Prof. Preeti Virdi and Prof. Pankaj Vishwakarma welcomed the participants and shared a brief overview of the course modules and the batch details. The program directors thanked Prof M Chandrasekhar, director IIM Visakhapatnam for his continuous support for the program and Prof Anuradha MV, chair executive education programs for facilitating the course.
