The examinations for the 2026 academic session were held between February 17 and April 10. Based on current updates, the results are expected around April 30. Once declared, students can access their scores online via official CBSE websites as well as alternative platforms like DigiLocker, SMS, and the UMANG app, which can be useful during peak traffic hours.
Students should note that the online scorecards will be provisional. Original mark sheets and passing certificates will be distributed later through respective schools. The result will include key details such as subject-wise marks, total score, grades, and qualifying status.
To pass the examination, students must secure a minimum of 33% marks separately in theory and practical components. Those who fail in one or more subjects can appear for compartment exams in July 2026, with results expected in early August.
CBSE is also expected to release detailed statistics along with the results. In recent years, pass percentages have remained stable, with girls consistently outperforming boys.
