A rectification window of 4 days will be open after the last date of application form submission, providing the last opportunity to make corrections to the already submitted application form. This rectification will be open to the applicants who have submitted the application form by the prescribed last date and time.
The rectification window will be for rectification purposes only. Fresh applicants will not be able to apply during the period of rectification window. Rectification will be the last opportunity for rectification under any circumstances. Once the rectification window is closed, no chance for correction/editing in the application form will be provided in future under any circumstances. Only the application finally submitted by the applicant in the rectification window will be valid.
At the time of counselling, no new facts other than those mentioned in the application finally submitted by the applicant will be valid. Neither any claim for amendment of facts will be entertained nor any other document other than the documents submitted along with the application will be accepted.
